01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") govern the relationship between 6777cx ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 6777cx online sports betting and casino platform, accessible at https://6777cx.cam.

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

6777cx does not represent that it holds any licence, approval or endorsement from the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial authority or financial institution.

02 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

03 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 6777cx, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person or entity for the purpose of gambling on the Platform.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director or close family member of 6777cx or any affiliated entity, unless explicit written permission has been granted.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are legally capable of entering into binding agreements under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• All registration information you provide is accurate, complete and your own — not assumed, fraudulent or belonging to another person.

04 Account Registration & KYC

Registration on 6777cx requires submission of accurate personal information, including full name, date of birth, country of residence and a valid email address. Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed at the Platform's discretion, and any bonus balances associated with duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

Before processing withdrawals — and in some cases before full Account activation — 6777cx may require completion of identity and age verification ("KYC"). This process typically involves:

• A valid government-issued identity document — for Pakistani users, a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or a valid Pakistani passport is the standard document. Both front and back copies are typically required.
• Proof of address where required, such as a recent utility bill, bank statement or official letter from a recognised institution, dated within the preceding 90 days.
• A selfie or liveness verification check confirming that you are the holder of the identity document submitted.
• Payment method verification confirming ownership of any wallet or bank account used for deposits and withdrawals.

6777cx commits to processing KYC submissions promptly. Review timelines may vary depending on submission volume and document quality. You will be notified by the Platform of the outcome.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals are subject to the following general conditions. Specific limits, fees and processing windows vary by payment method and are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction.

5.1 Deposits. Funds deposited into your Account are held for the purpose of Real Money Play on the Platform. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set per payment method and are subject to change. Payment methods referenced on the Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are cited as familiar Pakistani payment rails for contextual reference only. They do not imply endorsement of, affiliation with, or support for gambling activity by any of those providers. You must verify method availability, applicable fees and your provider's own terms before transacting.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawals may be processed only to a verified payment method that matches the Account holder's name. Completion of KYC is required before withdrawal requests will be processed. The Platform does not guarantee specific processing speeds — all timelines are estimates and may be affected by operator review queues, payment provider processing windows, compliance checks and public holidays.

5.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more may be classified as dormant. The Platform may apply an administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the rates published in the cashier at the time dormancy is declared. You will be notified before any fee is applied.

5.4 Currency. All Account balances are maintained in the currency selected at registration. Where Pakistani Rupee (PKR) is the nominated currency, all deposits, wagers and withdrawals are processed in PKR unless otherwise specified in the cashier.

06 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other live events — and all casino game participation are governed by the specific rules published for each market or game within the Platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or market rule, the specific rule shall prevail in respect of that game or market only.

6.1 Bet Acceptance. Bets are accepted at the prices displayed at the time of placement. The Platform reserves the right to limit stake amounts on any market, refuse any bet, or void any bet placed as a result of manifest error, technical malfunction, or where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or match manipulation.

6.2 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void and the stake returned if the event is cancelled, suspended or abandoned before the relevant outcome is determined, subject to individual market rules. Bets placed after the outcome of an event is known — including late bets on concluded live markets — may be voided at the Platform's discretion.

6.3 Live Betting. In-play bets are placed at the User's own risk. Connection delays, data feed latency and real-time market movements mean that live odds displayed at the moment of placement may differ from the odds at which a bet is ultimately accepted. The confirmed odds at acceptance constitute the final agreed price.

6.4 Casino Games. All casino games — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games and instant-win products — are operated according to the published Return to Player (RTP) percentages and rules available in the game information panel. Outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) processes where applicable.

07 Bonuses & Promotions

6777cx may from time to time offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible Users who satisfy the stated eligibility criteria, including account verification status, minimum deposit thresholds and geographic eligibility.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements. A PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement, for example, requires PKR 30,000 in qualifying wagers before the bonus balance is eligible for withdrawal.
• Only one bonus may typically be active per Account at any one time, unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Abuse or attempted circumvention of bonus terms will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and may lead to Account suspension.
• Free bets and bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings generated from qualifying play on those funds may be eligible for withdrawal, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 6777cx Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds and, where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening or using more than one Account, whether under the same or a different name, identity or payment method.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime.
• Exploiting technical errors, software vulnerabilities or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from such exploitation may be voided.
• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts or software to systematically extract value from the Platform without genuine play intent.
• Coordinating with other users to manipulate outcomes, exploit promotions, or engage in arbitrage strategies that exploit Platform pricing errors.
• Placing bets on any event the outcome of which you have prior knowledge due to involvement in match-fixing, insider information or any other form of corrupt activity.
• Sharing Account credentials with or allowing third parties to access your Account.
• Using payment methods that are not registered in your own name or for which you are not the authorised account holder.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 6777cx Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the property of 6777cx or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, reverse-engineer, decompile or otherwise exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without our express written permission.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 6777cx, its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill or other intangible losses, arising from or in connection with:

• Your access to or use of — or inability to access or use — the Platform.
• Any unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Interruptions, errors, bugs, viruses or similar harmful components transmitted to or through the Platform by any third party.
• Any wagering decision made by you while using the Platform, including losses incurred as a result of betting or playing casino games.
• Technical failures, data feed latency or market settlement delays beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

11 Responsible Gambling

6777cx is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. Gambling on this Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years or over, or the higher minimum age required by the applicable licensing jurisdiction.

The Platform provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from within your Account settings at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on total deposits. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net losses permissible over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard cut-offs on session duration to manage time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Request exclusion from the Platform for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly by our support team and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Opt-in notifications that alert you after a set period of continuous play.

Gambling should remain entertainment. If it stops feeling that way, please use the self-exclusion tools available in your Account or contact our support team immediately.

12 Account Suspension & Closure

12.1 By the Platform. 6777cx reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where:

• The User is found to have breached these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct as set out in Section 8.
• The Platform has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• The User has provided false or unverifiable identity or age documentation during KYC.
• Regulatory, compliance or legal requirements necessitate Account closure.
• The User is identified as a minor or is accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

12.2 By the User. You may close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any Real Money balance remaining in your Account (net of any applicable bonus balance subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method following standard withdrawal processing.

12.3 Dormant Accounts. Refer to Section 5.3 for the Platform's dormant account policy.

13 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is licensed to operate.

In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, game outcome or account decision, we encourage you to first contact our Customer Support team with full details of the matter. We aim to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may be entitled to escalate the matter through mechanisms established by the applicable licensing authority, where relevant.

Nothing in these Terms shall prejudice any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.

14 Privacy & Data

The collection, use and storage of your personal data in connection with your use of the 6777cx Platform is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its current form.

In summary, 6777cx collects personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable legal obligations, and improving the Platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third parties. All data is processed using appropriate technical and organisational security measures.
